We move fast. Order before 2 PM Central and it leaves the Houston warehouse the same business day. After 2 PM, it’s on the first truck out the next morning. Once it’s in transit, you get a tracking number and we stay on it — if anything stalls in the carrier network, we know before you do.

Your package ships in a plain brown box with no cannabis branding, no logos on the outside, and a return address that doesn’t announce what’s inside. The seal is tamper-evident. Inside, products are sealed in smell-proof barrier packaging from the producer. You can leave it on the porch all afternoon and nobody walks by with a clue.

Standard ship is USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground is available at checkout if you prefer it — sometimes a day faster, costs a little more. Both are real shipping with real tracking. None of this “handed to a contractor in a sedan” stuff.

21+ signature is required on every delivery. This is a legal requirement, not a preference. The carrier will check ID at the door and the package will not be left unattended — no porch drops, no “leave at door” workarounds. If nobody is home to sign, the carrier leaves a notice and you can sign for it at the local pickup point or schedule a redelivery.

The person signing has to be 21 or older. The carrier will not hand a package to a minor, full stop. If you live with roommates or family, make sure whoever’s home knows to expect it.

We ship to most U.S. states where hemp-derived THCa and CBD are legal under federal and state law. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.

• Product must be unopened with the original seal intact.
• Contact us to start a return — we send the label, you drop it at the carrier.
• Refunds land in your account 5–7 business days after we receive the product.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable on the return leg.

Arrived damaged or wrong? Reach out within 48 hours with a photo. We send a replacement or refund immediately — no runaround, no “ship it back first.” That’s on us, not you.

If you’re in the Houston area, the fastest way to get your order is to come grab it. Order online, choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll have it ready — usually within the hour for in-stock items.

When it’s packed, you get a text. Pull up, tap in through the curbside check-in page, and we run it out to your car. ID check happens at the curb, same as a regular delivery. Free, fast, no shipping involved.
