How your order ships.
We move fast. Order before 2 PM Central and it leaves the Houston warehouse the same business day. After 2 PM, it’s on the first truck out the next morning. Once it’s in transit, you get a tracking number and we stay on it; if anything stalls in the carrier network, we know before you do.
Your package ships in a plain white box with no cannabis branding, no logos on the outside, and a return address that doesn’t announce what’s inside. The box is wrapped in a sealed, smell-proof polyliner with a tamper-evident seal. Edibles ship in food-grade foil-lined bags, ziplock plus a full heat seal in aluminum, so nothing gets through. Every shipment includes a handwritten note and HiFi swag (stickers, buttons, or something fun). We heart our shipping clients.
We ship primarily via UPS; most Texas metros receive their order next business day (Monday to Saturday, no Sunday delivery). USPS Priority Mail is also available at checkout. Both are real shipping with real tracking; none of this “handed to a contractor in a sedan” stuff. Nationwide delivery runs 1 to 5 business days from Houston.

Where we ship.
We ship to most U.S. states where hemp-derived THC and CBD are legal under federal and state law. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.
