Community Disclaimer
At HiFiCo, we’re all about curating the perfect playlist of premium cannabis products to elevate your vibe. Whether you’re mellowing out or hitting those high notes, we’ve got you covered—but first, let’s hit a few important notes of our own:
- Not Medical Advice: The statements made about our products haven’t been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. We’re not medical experts (though we like to think we’re rockstars at what we do). Our products aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Before you start jamming with something new, it’s always a good idea to chat with your healthcare provider, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
- Know Your Local Laws: We keep things legal on our end, ensuring all our products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis (just like the best bands, we follow the rules). But remember, local laws are like concert setlists—they vary from place to place. Check your local regulations before you rock out with your purchase.
- Drug Testing: Even though our products stay in tune with federal guidelines, trace amounts of THC could still cause a positive hit on a drug test. So if you’ve got a backstage pass to a test coming up, keep that in mind.
- Your Responsibility: Once your package is out the door, it’s in your hands (like catching the drumstick at a show). Make sure you’re using it responsibly and in line with your local laws. We’re here to enhance your experience, but the encore is up to you.
If you’ve got questions, our team is always ready to help you keep things in harmony. Now, crank up the good vibes, stay informed, and let the good times roll!
Refund & Shipping Policy
All sales are final except manufacturer defective merchandise. All hemp sales are final, no refunds.
At HiFiCo, we take your privacy and our responsibility seriously. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your favorite cannabis products.
Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 3pm CST Monday-Friday and 12pm CST Saturday will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after these times will ship out on the next business day. On Sundays, like your favorite roadie, we take a break, so no shipping.
- Discreet Packaging: We ship your order in double smell-proof packaging. No HiFi branding, no setlist leaks—just pure discretion. It’ll be as low-key as sneaking into the back of a sold-out show.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info. However, we have no magical HiFi hotline to UPS or USPS. What the tracking number says is what we know, so if your package is stuck in transit, hang tight.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to current state laws, we do not ship to Idaho, Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota, Rhode Island.
However, like a surprise encore, state laws can change fast. Want to see if we can ship to you? Try checking out—our system will give you the most up-to-date answer.
Lost, Damaged, or Seized Packages
If your package is lost or arrives looking like it got the Keith Moon treatment (he’s the guy who famously destroyed drum sets on stage), we’ve got your back. We will reship your order once the shipper confirms it was lost, damaged, or destroyed. Please provide us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim by email.
As for any law enforcement seizure? That’s a risk you, the buyer, take—kind of like choosing to crowd surf at a punk show. It’s legal where we send it from, but the local rules might crash your vibe.
Vape/Cartridge Shipments
These require a little extra coordination. You’ll need to pick these up at your local USPS post office, so they can verify you are 21 and over. Think of it like picking up VIP tickets at will-call, but without the extra swag.
Shipping Disclaimer
By purchasing from HiFiCo, you’re acknowledging that you know the local rules, and you’re down with the risks.
If something goes wrong with your order, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to sort it out!
