The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp-derived cannabinoids at the federal level. Texas followed with HB 1325, which specifically allows hemp products containing less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight. That is the law our entire product line is built on.
In 2026, Texas banned smokable hemp, including flower, pre-rolls, and vape products. That ban does not apply to edibles, drinks, gummies, tinctures, topicals, or any other non-smokable format. Everything on our shelves today is legal to buy, possess, and ship within Texas.
