As many have heard, Texas lawmakers are expected to reach an agreement around SB3 – a bill that will ban all hemp-derived THC, including THCa.
This decision limits access to products that many people in our community rely on – not just for recreation, but for balance, wellness, and everyday relief. The reasoning behind the legislation targets the perceived dangers of THC and concerns over marketing to minors, a far cry from how we operate. HiFi has never marketed to kids (in fact, we ID every person who walks through our doors), and we stand firmly against irresponsible advertising. What’s being overlooked here is the meaningful, positive role these products play in real lives.
We’re disappointed, but not surprised. And more importantly, we’re prepared.
HiFi is making plans to move operations out of state, and we’ll continue operating and shipping legally through our online store. That means you’ll still be able to order the same products you’re used to, delivered directly to your door, with the same care and quality. In fact, our in-store products have always come from out of state – nothing about the quality or sourcing is changing.
We’ll keep restocking weekly. There’s no need to panic or rush. When any changes do come, you’ll hear it from us directly with time to prepare.
