How do I get registered?
To ensure our Sidestage Program runs smoothly and that discounts are given to the right rockstars—military veterans, first responders, and public education employees—we require specific documentation to verify eligibility. Below is a breakdown of the forms needed for each group.

Military veterans
• Veteran ID Card (VIC): Issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, this card proves veteran status. Veterans can apply online at the VA’s official website.
• Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC): Available to veterans enrolled in VA healthcare programs.
• State-Issued Driver’s License/ID with Veteran Designation: Many states provide a veteran-specific indicator on licenses or IDs.
• DD Form 214: Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty, confirming your service and discharge status.
First Responders
• Department-Issued ID Card: Official ID confirming your role within your agency.
• Recent Pay Stub: A pay stub dated within the last four years that lists your job title or position.
• Training Certificates: Proof of recent (within four years) completion of first responder training.
• Signed Verification Letter: A letter on agency letterhead, signed within the last four years, verifying your employment.
Public Educators
• School District or Institution ID Card: An official ID indicating employment.
• Recent Pay Stub: A pay stub dated within the last four years showing employment with a public educational institution.
• Employment Verification Letter: A letter on official school or district letterhead, signed within the last four years, verifying employment status.
Who specifically is eligible for sidestage?
Eligibility includes military veterans (those who have served in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces), first responders (law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and 911 dispatchers), and public education employees (faculty, staff, and administrators working in public schools or educational institutions). This program is our way of recognizing the dedication, hard work, and sacrifices made by these individuals to keep our communities safe, healthy, and educated. To join, eligible members must provide the appropriate forms of verification outlined in our requirements.
